
Account Support Representative - Home Delivery/Pick-up (Contract)

Job Type: up to 30/hours week, Remote Environment, Contract position for 3 months
Territory: Brooklyn, Queens and surrounding areas
Compensation: $23.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.
General Accountabilities
- Support the sales team in delivering product within specific territory.
- Conduct equipment set-ups, patient support, equipment pick-ups and cleaning within the territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
- Coordinates paperwork with sales team to maximize billing and collections.
- Contacts and visits patients to help them use the company’s products and services properly.
- Handles queries about company products and services from patients.
- Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products.
- Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.
- Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems, and follows up with customers.
- Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members.
- May be required to work overtime as needed, specifically at the end of each month.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a patient-centered or customer facing role preferred.
- Reliable transportation to deliver and pick up equipment.
- Ability to safely transport equipment in an enclosed vehicle environment.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Russian, Cantonese preferred.
