We seek enthusiastic and dedicated Talent Acquistion Specialist who will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to the organization.

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid - 1 day per week, Reporting to HQ in Oceanside, CA

Pay: $70,000 - 76,000 plus bonus and benefit stipend!

General Accountabilities

  • Full cycle recruitment for medical device sales, clinical, healthcare insurance administration and corporate roles.
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Manage job postings on various social media platforms and job boards.
  • Create engaging content for job advertisements to attract potential candidates.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from prospective candidates on social media.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit positions.
  • Schedules interviews: coordinate and schedule interviews, oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Develop and distribute internal talent acquisition communications, including newsletters and flyers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Promotes the company’s culture, values, mission, vision as a good employment opportunity.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications and/or Human Resources a plus
  • At least four (4) years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting and navigating an ATS required.
  • Experience hiring medical device sales, clinical and/or healthcare insurance administration professionals required.
  • Experience with external communications and job postings to social media outlets a plus.
  • Experience with internal talent acquisition communications and TA flyer and newsletter generation a plus!
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Google Forms a plus!
  • HR Management Certification highly preferred.
